I have worked for SBBE since Dec 2022. I started as a delivery driver, and it felt great delivering the amazon promise and smiles along with it. I quickly became one of our top drivers, and Regina, Steve, and the management team, made sure I knew just how great I was doing. I quickly learned I was not just another employee. Team Success is a family. After roughly 7 months, I was promoted to a dispatcher. This was a chance to work hand in hand with my fellow team members helping to solve issues they may be having on the road, sending help when help was needed, and just being the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when they were just having a tough day. I continued to deliver as a dispatcher, and I enjoyed it. I was given another opportunity in Sept. 2023. I was offered a position as HR Assistant. It didnt take long before I took the lead role in Human Resources. It goes without saying that the guidance and coaching from the entire team has led me to my position today. Steve and Regina are two of the best bosses and mentors you could ask for. The support of the management team is without measure. They all go out of their way to give you all the support you need to be the BEST you can be. My favorite part of SBBE is the Drivers! I was and will always consider myself one. To know each day that I provide assistance to any one of them that reaches out to me, makes me feel good. I don't just deliver smiles to customers for Amazon, I deliver smiles to the members of my SBBE Family as well. I wouldn't have it any other way. We help each other, and we support each other. We are one Team, We are one drive, We Are SUCCESS!
